Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use the Inaro website and services.

A calm shared workspace

For the Inaro team

Template only. Have these terms drafted/reviewed by an Australian lawyer (Australian Consumer Law + Fair Work / SCHADS Award obligations) before publishing. Specific items to review for the employer (unregistered) model: Service Agreement template (Inaro as the contracting party, with the participant); copy must not claim NDIS registration; complaints and incident management clauses (Inaro is still bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct as an unregistered provider, and by reportable-incidents rules for serious incidents); cancellation policy (matching NDIS short-notice rules); pricing referencing the NDIS Pricing Arrangements; absence of any non-circumvention / off-platform-penalty clause; employment-contract terms for workers (SCHADS Award compliance) handled separately.

What we do

Inaro directly employs the support workers it engages to deliver NDIS-related supports to plan-managed and self-managed participants. This site is informational and lets you sign up to our services. Detailed service terms (including pricing, cancellation and the scope of supports) are set out in the Service Agreement you sign with us if you choose to go ahead.
