What happens after I register my interest?

A member of our team will get in touch using the contact details you provide. We'll answer your questions and help you take the next step — whether that's setting up as a participant or starting the process to become a support worker. There's no cost and no obligation.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond to every enquiry promptly during our support hours. If you get in touch outside those hours, we'll come back to you as soon as we can.

Can someone else enquire on my behalf?

Absolutely. Family members, carers, support coordinators and plan managers are all welcome to get in touch. Just let us know your role in the form so we can help in the right way.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We only use the information you share to respond to your enquiry and help you get started, and we handle it in line with our privacy policy.
