Help your clients find great support, faster

Inaro employs its own support workers — so coordinators can refer plan-managed and self-managed participants with confidence in the safety, screening and accountability behind every shift.

Why coordinators choose Inaro

Less time chasing rosters and timesheets, more time on the work that actually moves a plan forward.

Quick, reliable matches

Search workers by location, skill, language and availability. Your participants meet who they'll be working with before anything is locked in.

One place to see what's on

Visibility of bookings, shifts and worker availability for the participants you support — no chasing emails for an update.

An employed workforce

Inaro directly employs every support worker. NDIS Worker Screening, Code of Conduct, Worker Orientation Module, group $20M public liability + medical malpractice, and Workers Compensation are all in place across every shift.

A real account team

Someone you can call when a placement is tricky or a plan changes. We're set up to back you in, not get in your way.

How it works for coordinators

1

Introduce us

Tell us about the participant and the supports their plan covers, and we'll set up access.

2

Match & meet

Shortlist workers together, run a meet-and-greet, and confirm who works with whom.

3

Inaro handles the admin

Inaro invoices the plan manager or self-managed participant direct, and runs payroll for the worker. One invoice per pay period, billed ~9% below the NDIS cap (e.g. $64/hr for standard weekday support vs the $70.23 cap). You stay focused on coordination, not chasing timesheets.
