We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. We bill ~9% below the NDIS cap on every shift — $64/hr standard weekday, $89.95 Saturday, $115.95 Sunday, $142 public holiday. See full pricing.

Are your workers in Sydney actually employed?

Yes. Every Inaro support worker is a PAYG employee on the SCHADS Modern Award, not a sole-trader contractor. We pay super, leave, Workers Compensation and group insurance on every shift.
