How it works
Online first. Most modules are short, online and self-paced — sit on the couch and knock out a module between shifts.
Practical where it matters. Things like manual handling, First Aid and Mealtime are done in person, with a qualified trainer, so you actually get to practise.
Free to you. Inaro covers the cost of every required course. You complete the training in your own time, and where modules are scheduled in-person sessions, you're paid for the time.
We keep the records. Inaro holds your training records and reminds you before anything expires — no more chasing certificates.
Specialised modules unlock specialised work — and a higher SCHADS classification. Take on more training, take on more kinds of support, and step up to the +12% Level 3.1 rate when those modules apply.
