Support on your terms
You know your life best. Inaro helps you find, choose and stay in control of the support workers who help you live it. Inaro employs the workers and handles the billing, so you don't chase invoices or pay workers direct — you pay below the NDIS cap ($64/hr standard weekday), and we handle the rest.
Support that works the way you do
No assigned rosters. No taking whoever is available. With Inaro, support is something you shape — not something that happens to you.
Choose your own workers
Browse local support workers, read their profiles, experience and interests, and pick the people you'd genuinely like to spend time with.
Meet before you commit
Message workers and have a chat or a meet-and-greet first. A good match starts with a good first conversation.
Book around your life
Arrange support for the times that suit you — mornings, evenings, weekends or one-off outings. Change it whenever life changes.
Build a team you trust
Keep rebooking the workers you click with, so support comes from familiar faces who already know your routine.
Safety in the background
Every worker is verified and screened, and our team is here if you ever need to raise a concern or make a change.
One simple NDIS-aligned rate
You pay Inaro ~9% below the NDIS cap on every shift — for standard weekday support, $64/hr versus the $70.23 cap. The worker's wage, super, insurance, training and our admin all come out of that lower rate.

- Personal care, such as showering, dressing and grooming

- Joining community activities, hobbies, sport and events
- Building skills, routines, confidence and independence
- Companionship and staying connected to the people you love

Support is about the person, not just the task
The best support workers don't just tick jobs off a list — they get to know you, your humour, your goals and your way of doing things. That's the kind of match Inaro is built to help you find.
Using your NDIS funding with Inaro
How you use Inaro depends on the way your NDIS plan is managed.
You manage your own funding
Inaro invoices you direct for each pay period. You pay us from your bank account and claim the amount back through the NDIS portal. The invoice already breaks out the line items and dates of service the way the NDIA needs to see them.
A plan manager pays for you
Inaro sends the invoice straight to your plan manager (we route to the right email automatically). The plan manager pays us from your plan. Nothing for you to chase.
Aged Care, TAC, insurance, private
We can also support people through Aged Care, TAC, insurance-based and privately self-funded arrangements. Inaro invoices you direct, at a rate we agree up front.
Not sure how your plan is managed?
You can find this in your NDIS plan, or check with your plan manager or support coordinator. Inaro works with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our team is happy to help you understand your options — though we always recommend confirming with the people who know your plan best. Information here is general and isn't financial advice.
Helping arrange support for someone else?
Many families and carers use Inaro to find support for a loved one. You can be as involved as you need to be — from helping set up a profile to staying in the loop on every booking.
Support for them, peace of mind for you
Finding the right person to support someone you love is one of the most important decisions there is. Inaro is built to make it feel less daunting.

Things you might be wondering
How do I choose a support worker?
You browse worker profiles that show their experience, skills, interests and reviews. You can message anyone you're interested in, ask questions, and arrange a meet-and-greet before booking. There's no pressure — take the time you need to find the right fit.
Can I have more than one support worker?
Absolutely, and many people do. Having a small team of two or three trusted workers means there's always someone familiar available, even when one person is away.
What if a worker isn't the right fit?
That's completely okay. You're never locked in — you can choose a different worker any time. If you'd like a hand finding a better match, our team is here to help.
Do I need to be on the NDIS?
Most people use Inaro to spend NDIS funding, so an active plan with relevant funding helps. You can also arrange and pay for support privately. If you're unsure what your plan covers, check with your plan manager or support coordinator.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We treat your personal information with care and only share what's needed to arrange your support. You'll find full detail in our privacy policy, and you can always ask our team how your information is handled.
